ACCOMMODATION RULES AT “STONE ESTATE”
1. Booking and Payment
- A booking is considered confirmed after making a prepayment of at least 30% of the total accommodation cost.
- The prepayment is non-refundable in case of booking cancellation.
- Making a prepayment automatically means agreement with these accommodation rules posted on the estate’s website.
2. Check-in and Check-out Times
- Check-in time – from 2:00 PM.
- Check-out time – until 12:00 PM.
- Early check-in or late check-out is possible by prior arrangement and for an additional fee.
3. Guest Accommodation
- Accommodation with pets is prohibited. For guests with pets, we recommend “Traveler’s House” estate.
- The number of guests in a room or house must correspond to that declared when booking. Children from 6 years old are counted as adults.
- The administration has the right to refuse accommodation if the number of guests exceeds the declared amount.
- Guests are obliged to comply with accommodation rules, fire safety rules, as well as Ukrainian legislation.
4. Order and Safety
- Smoking inside the estate premises is prohibited. Specially designated smoking areas are provided on the territory for smokers.
- The use of high-power electrical appliances (such as boilers, heaters) is prohibited if they are not provided in the room.
- Guests bear material responsibility for damage to estate property. In case of damage to furniture, equipment, or other inventory, compensation is made in full.
- During nighttime hours (from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM), it is necessary to maintain quiet so as not to disturb other guests.
5. Estate Administration
- The administration reserves the right to refuse accommodation or evict a guest without refund in case of violation of accommodation rules.
- The administration is not responsible for safekeeping of guests’ personal belongings. Please take care of valuables and do not leave them unattended.
