Tranquility, coziness, and comfort — these three words best describe the Stone Estate in the village of Horaivka, nestled on the picturesque banks of the majestic Dniester River. Here you can escape the daily hustle and bustle surrounded by the incredible nature of Bakota, or relax with your own company just the way you love it — there’s plenty of space and everything you need. And if you prefer active recreation, our estate will serve as a convenient starting point for all possible tourist and water routes of the region, waiting to welcome you back in the evening with warmth and homely comfort when you’re tired from your adventures.
The Stone Estate rightfully bears this proud name and stands out qualitatively from other guesthouses in Bakota. The guesthouse is built from soft limestone — a local, naturally-occurring building material that formed millions of years ago from coral reefs. The Podilski Tovtry hills are rich in limestone, and local people have long used it in their households, highly valuing the unique properties of this material. Porous limestone excellently retains heat inside the house while, unlike any artificial building materials, allows the walls to “breathe.” This is why relaxation at the Stone Estate is possible year-round, not just during the warm season: during cold weather, heating is provided by traditional Ukrainian stoves that offer not only warmth but also create an incredible authentic atmosphere.
At your service are three guest rooms, a large kitchen with all necessary utensils for cooking and serving meals, a bathroom with a boiler for uninterrupted hot water supply, a shower cabin, and stable Wi-Fi signal throughout the house and on the premises.
